The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation today announced the launch of the first Talent Pipeline Management™ (TPM) Upskill Academy, an expansion of the TPM Academy™. The TPM Upskill Academy, developed with grant support from Walmart as part of its Retail Opportunity Initiative, will build on existing TPM resources to support employers in improving the skills of incumbent employees and preparing them for success in new and changing roles.
