The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation has released a new report, "Piecing Together Solutions: Returning to Work and the Childcare Dilemma," outlining how childcare challenges are affecting working parents amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The report examines how working parents are struggling to adapt to the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic, including difficulties navigating alternative childcare arrangements and online K-12 learning.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS) have announced the winner for the inaugural Pitch for Purpose competition. Held in conjunction with the 3rd annual Digital Empowers Summit, the competition featured six mission-driven founders whose startups are leveraging technology to address social and environmental challenges – from eliminating food insecurity to providing a crowdfunding platform for Black entrepreneurs.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation today named the finalists for its 2020 Citizens Awards – 24 companies that have demonstrated extraordinary leadership in solving the world’s biggest challenges and helping our communities grow stronger amid a global pandemic, economic downturn, and movement for racial equity.
